Ashwani Metals has a vast range of spacers designed for use in the Circuit Board. These spacers are available in Round & Hex shapes. A standoff is used in mechanics and electronics to separate two parts from one another. Standoffs can be many shapes and sizes and made of many different materials. Insulating standoffs keeps two parts from touching each other, thereby preventing an electronic short. Cable thumbscrews are often screwed into standoffs on the back of computers. Standoff sizes are usually measured by the Unified Thread Standard. Size 4-40 is used to secure cables to external computer ports and size 6-32 is used for motherboard mounts. However the same are also available in Metric & white worth threads. Material: Spacers|Standoffs are made available in Brass IS 319 (I) or BS 249 or any high grade special brass material as per custom requirement. They Can also be made available is steel material SAE 1010 or EN-1 (or Equivalent) or any steel grade as per custom specification. Sizes & Types: Usually Spacers & Standoffs are produced with American UNC or UNF threads. But we also produce the same in Metric (mm) threads & Withworth Threads. Round & Hex shapes in Spacer as well as in Standoffs are available. M3, M4, M5 & 4-40 UNC are our standard series of Spacers & Standoffs. Also Jack Screw Type standoff (Female Screw Lock) is having special concern in our standard range of series. And any custom design part can be manufactured on demand. Finish: Natural, Nickel & Tin are in usual trend. Any other special Plating can be done as per custom requirement.
