Short Barrel Copper Compression Sleeves are manufactured from high strength seamless copper tubing. The Connector is electro-tin plated or available with any type of coating for high voltage applications. Threads are formed by railing process giving the nut extra clamping force. Pressure Pads are made from extruded bar, preventing the pads from cracking. Connector end has a gentle, continuous flare to ensure ease of cable insertion of flexible and extra flexible cables. The Flared end also reduces pressure on the cable strands after installation and protects them from chafing and breakage as a result of cable movement.
